Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a Pharm D Degree. Prefer a minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent. Licensed to practice Pharmacy in Kentucky. Provides clinical pharmacy service throughout the hospital. Assists in staffing the central pharmacy in distribution areas as needed. Residency training preferred.
