Part-time .5/exempt/flex Develops and implements educational programs. Acts as a training resource for Patient Financial Services in order to assure high quality demographic and insurance information. Counsels all registration staff throughout OMHS on individual errors and assists with correction of errors. Maintains teaching expertise through activities deemed appropriate by the Director of Patient Financial Services and the Admitting Manager. Responsible for teaching system changes to all areas of registration. Demonstrates leadership and professional development competency, performs other related duties. This individual will assist in patient care by expediting physician orders and provide assistance with patient needs of all age groups upon registration and admission. Other job related duties as assigned.
